TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Walk perimeter of your South Florida home for general security

  • Check for visible irrigation leaks, distressed plants and weeds

  • Breaker box: inspect for tripped breakers, water intrusion

  • Check for water or storm damage

  • Remove any literature from front doorways and driveways

  • Retrieve mail & package

  • Test interior / exterior fans

  • Ensure that landscape lighting and exterior coach lights are operational

  • Confirm that pool/spa areas are properly maintained

  • Maintain water levels in the pool

  • Confirm that landscape areas are properly maintained

  • Water interior plants

  • Check all doors and windows to ensure all are locked and secure

  • Run all faucets

  • Flush all toilets

  • Run dishwasher and garbage disposal

  • Check temperature for refrigerator and freezer, and air condition temperature

  • Check water filters and change as needed

  • Confirm thermostats operating correctly and set to desired temperature 

  • Check air filters and change as needed

  • Start golf cart and automobiles to help keep batteries charged and engines running smoothly

  • Report on monthly maintenance service contractors
