​Monthly Services includes

4 visits per month

1 weekly visit approximately 30-45 minutes per visit

Each client will be assigned a specific day of the week for their maintenance visit, all communication and documentation will be done through text messages from time of entry to the property to time of exit on each visit.

​

Weekly inspections and maintenance will be performed from Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm.​​

Please note that any additional trips or after-hour calls will require booking and will incur an additional charge of $30.00 per occasion.

Any additional services booked will incur an additional charge* for scheduling, granting access and or waiting services.
